Serious business is serious. Welcome back to read EuroRC Hobby Letter - your monthly source of random thoughts about and around our lovely little toy cars! It's Heikki here from the shop and today we are at the very State Of The Art when it comes to classic RC touring rides! 

What's the fuzz then? Well nothing less than all-new and mega-advanced Exceute XQ11 1:10 Touring Chassis Kit from our friends at Xpress RC. Now before you click and get a stroke, remember that XQ11 is purely a professional and competition level highly adjustable racing kit. 

It hardly can be recommended as a first touch for the fun but for more experienced drivers it has just everything you've ever dreamed of. It may really be that this is one of the most advanced on-road RC kits ever made!

Freshly Baked 

Now this kit is HOT. It was released only few days ago but has already gain positive feedback from those who have been testing it. 

Xpress RC is known from the quality they put in their comp kits. XQ11 makes no expection here, it is baked purely from graphite, top grade plastics and aluminum only. Full list of new features is pretty exhausting so here are the highlights:

• Easy adjustable Camber and Caster angles
• Reinforced Suspension Arms
• Redesigned Hex Mounting for better cornering
• Adjustable Top Deck position and Camber Link Lengths
• Quick Ackermann Adjustment
• Low Mounted Anti-Roll Bars
• Built-In Belt Tensioners
• Shock Angle Adjustment Through Swapping Inserts

Beginners note also that RC kits at this level always come without any electronics or body. Those are left for every driver to select what suits them best!

For most of us, things above say nothing but those who master the Magic of Touring they are like new spells and runes to cast even more powerful sorcery at the Dungeon. Especially the insane level of adjustment possibilities in XQ11 are astonishing. 

Usually stuff like Camber adjustments are pain to work with as you need to tear out everything to install some new parts but with XQ11 everything is done with the drivers comfort in mind. No need to wrench your car in molecules again and again if you need to make a minor adjustment!

Shocking News 

One sweet feature is the new Shock Angle Insert -system. Angle of the absorbers plays very important role in this show and Xpress has equipped their latest kit with insert-type of lower shock mounts. Use of the insert opens more accurate and wider selection of options where to set your shocks at. 

Usually there are just two or three holes at the lower arm and thats all you get but with XQ11 you can use three different kinds of inserts that allow you to select from 5 different lower shock angle settings. Aluminum insert piece also reinforces the lower arm. Pretty neat huh!

With Touring Cars you never know what kind of beast sleeps under the sheets..

Why so serious? Yeah, it appears that new XQ11 has quite a lot to offer and is by no means your everyday basher at the track. Xpress RC cars - hence the name huh? - are known to be fast. Like superfast at the track. 

They may be tricky to handle because at this level of RC everything counts and tolerances are tighter than tight. Nothing here (except the wreching!) is supposed to be "easy" or "beginner friendly" but once you learn how to tame the "Dragon of Hongkong" you may surprise yourself how freaking awesome Xpress RC Touring Cars really are - and that not all of them are so heavy for your wallet!
