Our promise to our customers is "Just RC, no BS" and this we also bring to privacy. We are committed to taking care of your data properly and we always want to be worthy of your trust. We are "the good guys" and we do not want your data into wrong hands or used in the wrong way. We limit the access to data on a need to know basis and we choose our IT partners with that in mind. Your data can be accessed by our workers and people with high security clearance by our partners. You can safely shop with us as your data is safe with us.

We collect data to handle day to day business of the webshop, the most important tasks are shipping, communication and marketing. Our mission is to provide the best possible service and customer experience for customers and potential customers. The legal basis for handling personal data is the agreement between us and the statutory obligations arising from it. The legal basis of the marketing is consent if the contract has not yet been established.

Your information is handled by

- Employees of our company, for day to day tasks
- payment gateways, which collect the money from you
- Shipping companies, which deliver the the products to you.
- Ecommerce cart company, who takes care of our IT-systems. 
- Marketing software, which help us communicate with you at the right time and give you a great experience with us.

We do not sell or give away our data. It is only used for EuroRC purposes.

Storing of data

Our customer relationships are very long and can many times continue after several years of hibernation. We store your informaton, so its usable for you once you come back to the hobby. This makes sure we can provide you with the best experience and service possible. We will revise this policy once we are old enough to understand when we should delete information. Our partners destroy the data of course once they do not need it anymore. 

Your rights

- You can ask what information we store about you and you can also correct them if its wrong. You can update your address and other information on your account page.
- You can limit our right to use your information. For example if you do not want to receive certain marketing, without affecting your shipments and ordering.
- You also have the "right to be forgotten", but we might be bound by law to still store some information.

Registry security

The information is kept in our secure IT systems in a digital form with proper encryption where needed. Only people with security clearance can access the information, the minimun authentication required is a password and a account, but more strict security is used where needed.

Your webshop requires cookies to work, they are small files stored on your computer and for example store your basket for ever and thousands of other features.
